Terms of Service

These terms describe how HypeVibe operates and what we expect from everyone who uses the platform. This is an app-owned, editable summary for the current prototype.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service set out the rules for accessing and using HypeVibe, the live-experience platform operated by HypeVibe. By browsing, signing up, or using any feature, you agree to these terms.

This site is currently an interactive prototype. No real payment, booking, or legal contract is created through the demo pages shown here.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your login details safe.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or misrepresent events, brands, or venues.

3. Events, listings and bookings

Hosts and organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings: dates, venues, prices, age limits, accessibility, refunds, and any rules of entry.

HypeVibe displays listings and may facilitate ticket discovery, but the ticket contract is between you and the event organiser unless we explicitly state otherwise in a production release.

In this prototype, checkout, ticketing, and verification flows are simulated and do not create real obligations.

4. User conduct

Be respectful. Do not harass, spam, mislead, or impersonate others on HypeVibe.

Do not post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or hateful content. Do not use the platform to sell fake tickets or run scams.

Community groups, comments, and messages should stay relevant to the event or interest they represent.

5. Intellectual property

HypeVibe owns its brand, design, code, and platform content unless otherwise stated. Event media belongs to the hosts who upload it, and they grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

You may not scrape, copy, or reuse HypeVibe content for another product without permission.

6. Liability and disclaimers

HypeVibe is a discovery and coordination platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, cancellation, or conduct of any third-party event, host, or venue.

The prototype is provided 'as is' for demonstration. Features marked as simulated are not live services and should not be relied on for real-world decisions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support action in any workspace. In the current prototype, support actions show a demo confirmation rather than contacting a live team.

This page is maintained by HypeVibe as a plain-language summary. It is not a final legal contract and does not override any separate signed agreement that may apply in a production release.
